Accelerated Learning Programs

ACCELERATED LEARNING PROGRAMS & SERVICES

Accelerated Learning Services provide a tiered system of support for academically gifted and high-achieving students that fosters continuous academic progress commensurate with their ability and supports healthy social and emotional development.

• Tier 1: Many-Effective first instruction and differentiation in the regular classroom. 
• Tier 2: Some- Targeted or specialized instruction. Flexible groupings within a class, math enrichment classes, GATE classes, Honors and AP classes, Advanced math classes at the middle schools. 
• Tier 3: Few-Intensive intervention- Personal Learning Plans, single subject or whole grade level acceleration
